Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and supervise café staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Handle billing, cash management and inventory control.
Maintain hygiene, food safety and quality standards.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors and manage stock requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate/Hotel Management preferred.
2–5 years of experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager or Store Manager.
Robust leadership, communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management and daily reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
