We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and business-oriented Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dairy retail store. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of driving both sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the store.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Supervise staff and ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth store functioning.

- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment.

- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.

- Ensure proper product display and merchandising inside the store.

- Identify opportunities to increase walk-in customers and sales.

- Resolve customer complaints professionally.

Growth & Marketing Responsibilities

- Update the official WhatsApp Status every day with products, offers, or promotions.

- Upload at least one Instagram Story daily.

- Add at least one new hotel, restaurant, or bulk customer every month (performance bonus applicable).

- Arrange one outdoor product display, promotional stall, or marketing activity every month to increase brand visibility.





Incentives & Performance-Based Earnings

- Monthly bonus for successfully onboarding a new hotel or bulk client.

- Additional performance incentives based on business growth and targets achieved.

Desired Skills

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing.

- Ability to lead a team and take ownership.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic smartphone applications.

- Honest, punctual, and result-oriented.

*Prior retail, FMCG, dairy, or food industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: Fixed salary + Attractive commission + Performance bonuses.
