Job Summary:
Photography & Videography

- Operate DSLR and mirrorless cameras to capture high-quality photos and videos.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor photo and video shoots.
- Capture product, corporate, event, promotional, and social media content.
- Set up and manage lighting, camera angles, audio equipment, and accessories during shoots.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, and camera settings for professional-quality output.
- Organize, maintain, and archive photo and video files.

Video Editing

- Edit promotional videos, advertisements, corporate videos, interviews, and social media reels.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, visual effects, subtitles, background music, and sound effects.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final rendering.
- Optimize videos for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

Graphic & Poster Design

- Design posters, banners, flyers, brochures, social media creatives, and digital marketing materials.
- Create branding assets and promotional content aligned with company guidelines.
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all marketing materials.

Multimedia Design

- Create motion graphics and basic animations for videos and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and multimedia technologies.




- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with DSLR and mirrorless camera operation.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of camera settings, lighting techniques, composition, and audio recording.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in multimedia design, photography, videography, or video editing. Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
- A portfolio showcasing photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with drone photography/videography (preferred).
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
