Job Description:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities. The candidate will ensure work is executed as per drawings, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with workers, contractors, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction work and labor
- Interpret and execute work based on technical drawings
- Monitor material usage and ensure quality control
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and timelines
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
