Project Manager – Conveyor Systems for Auto Industry

Location: Pune

Reporting to: COO

Qualifications & Experience

- Qualification: DME / B.E in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Experience:
- DME with 10 to 15 years
- OR B.E with 8 to 12 Years

- Experience should be in Mechanical / Production Engineering

Salary Range: As per the market.

Job Responsibilities

- Should be conversant with all types of Unit material handling equipment like all types of conveyors, both floor-mounted and overhead-mounted (skid conveyor, Slat, Roller Chain, Belt, monorail, Power & free, etc.).
- Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Direct customer interaction regarding project-related issues.
- Should be able to resolve any issues related to the projects.
- Follow-up with customers for payment and collection of the same.




- Should be able to handle the site independently without any intervention of top management.
- Labour Contract Management at Site during site Installation & Commissioning.
- Should be able to do Project Planning (macro/micro) for projects and meet the decided targets.
- Should be able to prepare project schedules in MS Projects.
- Should be able to execute projects within the budget and optimize costs.
- Should be ready to relocate to any site as per the situation.
- Responsible for the quality of project execution and customer satisfaction.

Must-Have

- The candidate should preferably be from Conveyor Systems OEMs.
