Role summary:
The Client Relationship Coordinator will manage day-to-day customer interactions for the AAC block business, ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery coordination, and strengthen relationships with contractors, distributors and site teams to drive repeat business and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

- Process enquiries and convert leads to confirmed orders by coordinating prices, stock, delivery schedules and basic negotiation.
- Coordinate order execution with production, dispatch and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation (invoices, delivery challans).
- Track sales/orders in the CRM or shared spreadsheets and prepare daily/weekly sales and dispatch reports for the Sales/Plant Head.
- Resolve customer complaints and quality/delivery issues by liaising with QA, production and transport teams until closure.




- Support commercial activities: follow up on payments, credit notes, GST/invoicing clarifications and basic contract terms.
- Maintain a database of clients, site contacts, project locations and regular feedback to identify repeat business opportunities.
- Assist in market mapping, competitor/price monitoring and collecting site-level feedback to support product/service improvements.

Experience:2 to 5 years in relevant field.

Communication Skills: Telugu, English, Hindi(mandatory)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
