Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Employee Onboarding & Induction

- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Prepare employee files and maintain records.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with different departments.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Support payroll by providing accurate employee information.

Employee Engagement





- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions.
- Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns professionally.

Performance Management

- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmations.
- Assist in appraisal processes.
- Maintain employee performance records.
- Follow up with department heads regarding employee performance.

HR Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain statutory HR records.
- Assist in audits and HR documentation.
- Keep HR policies updated.

Pay: ₹15,197.43 - ₹40,195.36 per month
