Role Overview

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with 1+ years of experience implementing and supporting Zoho applications. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, Zoho configuration, client communication, training, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis sessions.

· Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, and functional documentation.

· Configure Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Desk, Projects, Creator, Recruit, Analytics, and related applications.





· Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.

· Support UAT, deployment, data migration, and user training.

· Provide post-go-live support and process improvement recommendations.

· Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

· 1+ years of experience in Zoho implementation or Functional Consulting.

· Hands-on experience with one or more Zoho applications.

· Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

· Knowledge of APIs/integrations is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

· Zoho Certifications preferred.

· Experience with Deluge scripting is an advantage.

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
