We are looking for a proactive, articulate, and detail-oriented Accountant cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage key accounting and financial documentation while driving client outreach, handling enquiries, and supporting daily administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and hands-on knowledge of accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Manage billing, invoicing, data entry, and daily accounting operations.
- Maintain precise financial records, ledgers, and office documentation.
- Assist with routine bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
Telecalling & Client Outreach:
- Handle incoming call enquiries and place outbound calls to prospective or existing clients.
- Follow up on pending payments and client queries and schedule appointments or meetings.
- Achieve outreach targets to earn attractive performance-based incentives.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer support over the phone.
Administration & Operations:
- Support overall office operations and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain proper electronic and physical filing systems for office records.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, telecalling, or administrative roles.
- Must be proficient in Tally ERP.
- Sound understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills over the phone.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and standard computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, manage client interactions, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Benefits
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A diploma or certification in accounting, Tally, or office administration is a solid plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of total work experience preferred. Freshers with solid Tally ERP knowledge and excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
