Position: Sales Engineer (HVAC)
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years (HVAC Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- ✔ Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- ✔ Handle client meetings, requirement analysis, and provide suitable HVAC solutions.
- ✔ Prepare HVAC proposals, techno-commercial offers, quotations, and negotiations.
- ✔ Prepare estimation, rate analysis, BOQ, and tender submissions.
- ✔ Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accurate costing.
- ✔ Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and execution teams.
- ✔ Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payment collections.
- ✔ Achieve sales targets and maintain sales reports.
- ✔ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, builders, and end customers.

Required Skills:





- ✔ Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and applications.
- ✔ Experience in HVAC estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
- ✔ Ability to understand HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
- ✔ Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- ✔ Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical (preferred)
Experience: HVAC sales, estimation, or project coordination experience mandatory.
