Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team in Kirti Nagar. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and be a graduate. This full-time office role requires a proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Identify Prospects**: Conduct market research to find potential clients and understand their needs.
2. **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to assure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. **Sales Presentations**: Present our products and services to potential clients, clearly explaining the benefits and value they provide.
4. **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
5. **Follow Up**: Regularly follow up with clients and prospects to address concerns and provide updates, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.



Strong interpersonal skills are essential to build rapport with clients. A goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets is vital.
