Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and assist in creating content for social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.

- Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts.

- Design basic creatives using Canva.

- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media.

- Manage Meta Business Suite/Business Manager for post scheduling and campaign support.

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to assist with content creation, research, and marketing tasks.

- Research social media trends and create engaging, trend-driven content.

- Assist with SEO activities, including keyword research and content optimization.

- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.





- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.

Requirements

- Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite/Business Manager.

- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

- Understanding of content creation, content planning, and social media best practices.

- Awareness of current social media trends and the ability to create trend-driven content.

- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.

- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or a related field (preferred).

- Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
