Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead - Full Stack with 8-12+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have experience designing scalable web applications, leading development teams, driving technical decisions, and delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive overall application architecture, technical vision, and roadmap for scalable, high-performance systems
- Lead design of full-stack solutions (Vue/React/Angular, Node.js, TypeScript) including GraphQL/REST APIs and microservices
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices,



and code quality across the team
- Provide hands-on leadership while mentoring developers and elevating team technical capability
- Act as the primary technical authority, leading design discussions, code reviews, and key decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions
- Define and ensure adoption of test strategies (Playwright, unit, integration) and performance optimization practices
- Oversee CI/CD, cloud (Azure) implementations, and ensure reliable, secure production systems
- Proactively manage technical risks, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Robust expertise in modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js / React / Angular) with full-stack development using TypeScript and Node.js
- Proven experience designing and building scalable APIs using GraphQL and REST/microservices architecture
- Solid hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright preferred) and quality engineering practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical initiatives end-to-end
- Deep understanding of system design, software architecture, and scalability patterns
- Track record of making sound, high-impact technical and architectural decisions
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Azure Functions) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a balance of hands-on development and leadership responsibilities

Must-Have Skills:

Typescript, React JS, Node JS, GraphQL, Azure and ADO, SPA experience, Leadership & Mentoring
