Purpose of the role:

To ensure and identify Operational risk for the business sourced in branch for Commercial vehicle finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure regular field visit to customer sourced by the branches.
- Raise incident reports on the field visit done.
- Identify the process & policy gaps and ensure the same are plugged to avoid such incidents from repeating in the future.
- Ensure Pre & Post FI for the customers sourced.
- Regular visits to be done for early default cases.




- To prevent frauds and negative neutral cases raised during pre FI and cases not disbursed.
- Follow FRO activity sheet regularly.
- Conduct regular field visits for risk identification.

Desired Experience

- Number of years of experience (range): 2-5 years
- Type of companies/sector worked for: OEM / Dealer Sales / Banks/NBFCs; should have relevant experience in used commercial vehicle finance.
- Responsibilities managed in previous organizations: The applicant should have experience in used commercial vehicle finance and excellent contacts in the local vehicle finance market. Experience in understanding viability, vehicle types, and dynamics of the used commercial vehicle market is critical for this role.
- Languages: Working knowledge of English and fluency in the regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.
- Computer/technical skills (if any): Should be comfortable using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).
