Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through calls, chats, and emails.

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable healthcare products/services.

- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.

- Follow up with customers for lead closure.

- Update customer interactions in CRM.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

- Resolve customer queries professionally.

- Maintain daily sales reports in Google Sheets.

- Build long-term customer relationships.

- Stay updated on products, pricing, and offers.

Required Skills

- Experience in Sales and Customer Engagement.

- Good spoken and written English communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Experience using CRM tools.

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.

Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree minimum (any stream)

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Success.

- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, or e-commerce is an advantage.
