Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and day-to-day HR activities while providing an excellent prospect to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Support daily HR administrative and operational tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree (Any Specialization).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel,



MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and grow in Human Resources.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
