Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and responsible HVAC Site Supervisor & Billing Executive to oversee HVAC installation and maintenance activities at project sites while managing site billing and documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC systems, site supervision, measurement verification, billing preparation, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC Site Supervision

- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide guidance to technicians.
- Verify material usage and maintain site records.

Billing & Documentation

- Prepare and submit client billing based on work completed at site.
- Verify measurements and quantities before raising bills.
- Maintain records of invoices, work completion reports, and billing documents.
- Coordinate with the accounts and project teams for timely billing and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress and billing reports.




- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC site supervision and project billing.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC projects is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and project execution.
- Experience in site measurements and billing preparation.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and project specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and ERP/project management software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling HVAC project billing for contractors or MEP projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity verification, and work measurement.
- Ability to manage multiple project sites when required.
