Job Title: Electrical Maintenance EngineerJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of plant electrical systems through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining HT/LT electrical systems, troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring compliance with safety and statutory regulations. Experience in manufacturing or process industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, MCCs, and control panels.
- Identify electrical faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation and reliability of plant electrical systems.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to support smooth plant operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for enhanced reliability and efficiency.




- Participate in continuous improvement and energy optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in HT/LT systems, switchgear, transformers, motors, and control circuits.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries with exposure to HT electrical maintenance.
- Proactive approach towards preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Robust commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to work in shifts and flexible working hours, if required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Must strictly follow all statutory and plant safety regulations.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
