TutorHive is a premium 1:1 online tutoring platform delivering engaging, personalized learning experiences for students in Grades 5–12. We primarily serve students in the UAE, with a growing presence in other international markets and India.

We are looking for passionate tutors who can make learning interactive, enjoyable, and effective while building students' confidence and academic success.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging one-on-one online tutoring sessions for students in Grades 5–12.
- Teach primarily students based in the UAE and, where required, students in India.
- Adapt lessons based on each student's curriculum, learning style, and academic goals.
- Create an interactive learning setting by encouraging questions, discussions, and critical thinking.
- Use digital whiteboards and online teaching tools effectively.
- Provide lesson summaries and homework where appropriate.
- Build positive relationships with students and communicate professionally with parents.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistent lesson quality.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must:

- Have excellent spoken English.
- Be friendly, patient, and approachable with students.
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons—students should actively participate, not just listen.
- Build rapport and create a positive learning environment.
- Be comfortable teaching students from different backgrounds and adapting to their learning needs.
- Have previous tutoring or teaching experience.
- Have a laptop, webcam, stable internet connection, and a quiet teaching environment.

Preferred Experience





Experience teaching one or more of the following curricula:

- CBSE
- British Curriculum (Key Stage / IGCSE)
- Cambridge
- IB (preferred but not required)

At TutorHive, student engagement is as important as subject knowledge.

We are looking for tutors who:

- Encourage curiosity and confidence.
- Ask questions and involve students throughout the lesson.
- Explain concepts using examples and visuals.
- Build long-term relationships with students.

If your teaching style is primarily lecture-based with limited student interaction, this role is not the right fit.

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹700.00 per hour
