Position Draughtsman

Job Profile: The Architectural Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings as per design intent, statutory requirements, and project specifications. The role involves close coordination with architects, consultants, and site teams to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural drawings including concept layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.

- Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings as per approved designs.

- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants to incorporate inputs into drawings.

- Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws, development control regulations, and statutory norms.

- Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site feedback.

- Prepare area statements, schedules, and basic documentation as required.

- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation control.





- Provide drawing support during site execution and resolve drawing-related queries.

- Preparing drawing for initial designs, working drawings, approval drawing and other detail drawings as required and instructed by architect

- To save all finalized drawings in a systematic manner

- Maintain all drawings data, manual and digital filing system

- To create back up of all data periodically

- Providing and explaining drawing to various contractors and sir

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,475.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month
