The role primarily focuses on the following:

- Responsible to facilitate the entire admission process for prospective parents & address queries of prospective and existing parents
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources and effective conversion of leads
- Providing in-depth information to prospective parents, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat, social media and face to face
- Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience. Preference to be given for the candidates who have earlier worked as an Admission Counsellor in a reputed Preschool.

Key Skills:

- Women with positive communication skills.
- Prior experience of customer handling
- MS Office proficient with skills to handle ERP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
