Focuz Academy is looking for an experienced Zonal Manager to lead all branches within a zone. You'll own revenue and admissions targets across multiple branches, manage a team of Branch Managers, and work cross-functionally with Academics, HR, and Finance to keep every branch running at its best. This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who thrives on managing managers, not just individual performers.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive revenue & admission targets across all branches in your zone
- Manage, coach, and performance-review Associate Branch Managers across multiple locations
- Standardize processes and counselling quality across branches
- Coordinate with Academics, HR, and Finance teams to resolve cross-functional issues
- Review branch performance regularly and step in early on underperformance
- Report zone-level performance to senior leadership (AGM/Regional Head)
- Support new branch launches, staffing, and hiring across the zone
What We're Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 6–10 years of experience in sales/education sales, with at least 2–3 years managing multiple teams or branches
- Proven track record of hitting revenue/admission targets in a leadership capacity
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable traveling across branches within the assigned zone
- Working knowledge of MS Office/reporting tools
