We're looking for an energetic and target-driven Area Sales Executive to expand our presence in the nutraceutical and wellness market. If you enjoy meeting retailers, growing distribution networks, achieving ambitious sales targets, and making an impact in the field, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

- Drive primary and secondary sales across your assigned territory.
- Visit chemists, pharmacies, wellness stores, gyms, and other retail outlets.
- Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors.
- Expand market reach and generate new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Ensure product availability, stock replenishment, and effective shelf visibility.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
- Resolve customer and retailer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

What We're Looking For





- 2+ years of field sales experience.
- Experience in Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, Wellness, FMCG, Personal Care, or Healthcare products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution and dealer management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience in launching or expanding products within a territory will be an added advantage.
