What You Will Do

As part of the Strategy & Consulting team, you will:

- Lead Benchmarking Engagements: Work directly with global clients to define scope, identify peer groups, develop detailed benchmarking reports, and present insights to CXOs and functional leaders.
- Drive Process & Platform Transformation: Partner with clients on cost optimization, zero-based budgeting, shared services strategy, and platform-led transformation programs, with a focus on measurable impact.
- Deliver Functional Insights: Dive deep into Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, or IT processes, identifying KPIs and process-level levers to drive business value.
- Lead AI & Technology Reinvention: Identify and frame opportunities for AI-driven reinvention across functions helping clients understand how GenAI and intelligent automation can reshape operating models and unlock new value.
- Develop Business Cases: Translate benchmarking and AI opportunity insights into transformation projects and business value realization plans, enabling end-to-end consulting impact.




- Co-create IP Assets: Enhance EVT's proprietary models and tools, working alongside Accenture's global knowledge hubs and functional leads.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

Consulting Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in management/strategy consulting.
- Solid exposure to process benchmarking, shared services/GBS, zero-based budgeting, and operational excellence.
- Experience working on transformation programs across corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain).
- Exposure to global delivery, client interfacing, and leadership presentation.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

- Proven analytical skills with a passion for data interpretation, scenario modeling, and value realization.
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving ability—able to frame ambiguous business challenges, generate hypotheses, and synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
- Ability to work with large, unstructured datasets and extract actionable insights.

AI Proficiency

- Hands-on experience using AI and GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) in a professional consulting context - whether for research, analysis, synthesis, or client deliverable production.
- Ability to design, build, and work with AI agents and agentic workflows to accelerate and scale consulting tasks.




- Prompt engineering and AI output evaluation skills to be able to critically assess AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms; Python or scripting experience is a plus but not required.

Communication & Influence

- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence - able to craft compelling narratives and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Strong creative thinking skills to develop novel, differentiated perspectives for clients navigating rapid technological change.

Educational Background

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School with demonstrated consulting or strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualities

- Prior experience in structured consulting environments (Big 4, MBB, Strategy&, etc.).
- Track record of leveraging AI tools to improve the speed, quality, or scale of consulting deliverables.
- Experience with platform transformation engagements or AI reinvention programs.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate - whether in problem framing, solution design, or use of emerging tools and methods.
