NonaGen Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is establishing a state-of-the-art sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing campus focused on Large Volume Parenterals (LVP), with a long-term vision of expanding into Small Volume Parenterals (SVP), advanced sterile injectables, prefilled syringes, cartridges and global Contract Development & Manufacturing (CDMO) services.
We are assembling the Founding Leadership Team that will design, commission and operate our manufacturing campus from the ground up. This is a rare chance to build systems, culture and operational excellence from day one while contributing to the long-term growth of an export-oriented pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead formulation development for sterile injectable products
- Manage technology transfer from development to commercial production
- Optimise manufacturing processes
- Support product lifecycle management
- Drive process validation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with regulatory, production and quality teams
- Build the Technical Services function from inception
Requirements
- M.Pharm / PhD / equivalent
- 15+ years in sterile injectable formulation development
- Experience in technology transfer and commercialisation
- Exposure to international regulatory requirements preferred
- Experience with LVP/SVP products desirable
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per month
