We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector with expertise in Plastic Injection Moulding to lead production operations, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of molded parts as per inspection standards and control plans.
- Inspect products for molding defects such as Flash, Short Shot, Sink Marks, Flow Marks,Weld Lines, Burn Marks, Warpage, and Color Variation.
- Carry out dimensional inspections using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges,and other measuring instruments.
- Verify first-off samples and conduct routine production line inspections.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
- Maintain inspection reports, check sheets, rejection reports,



NCRs, and traceability records.
- Support CAPA activities, customer complaint investigations, and internal rejection analysis.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, and quality standards.
- Participate in 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding Defects
- Quality Inspection & Documentation
- CAPA & NCR Awareness
- Drawing Reading & Basic GD&T;
- Measuring Instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
- Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
