Job Description

Aarvy Healthcare is looking for an experienced HR Head to lead and manage the Human Resources function for our multi-speciality hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance, policy implementation, and overall workforce planning while partnering with leadership to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the HR department and oversee all HR operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospital HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs,



and organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and talent development.

Requirements

- Master's degree in HR, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience in the hospital/healthcare industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Aarvy Healthcare, Sector 90, Gurugram
Experience: 7+ years (Healthcare HR mandatory)

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
