Job Tittle – Billing Executive.
Location – Swaroopganj ( Sirohi).
Experience – 1-2 years in billing and accounting.
Key Responsibility –
Manage postpaid, prepaid, and retail billing transactions.
Handle customer queries related to billing, payments, and refunds.
Coordinate with the sales teams to validate billing data.
Reconcile daily cash and card transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
Skills and Qualifications –
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Positive knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash and maintain records.
