We are looking for a highly skilled Instructional Designer with 1+ years of experience in designing and developing engaging, interactive, and learner-centric e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, SCORM, and instructional design methodologies, along with a background in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.

Create SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 compliant learning modules.

Convert classroom materials into digital learning experiences.

Develop academic, compliance, onboarding, and corporate training content.

Collaborate with SMEs and create instructional solutions.

Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Develop assessments, simulations, and interactive modules.

Perform QA and maintain learning content.

Required Qualifications:





Bachelor's/Master's

Minimum 1 year of Instructional Design experience.

Experience creating academic, clinical, regulatory, or corporate training content.

Technical Skills:

Articulate Storyline 360

SCORM 1.2 & 2004

ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy

LMS, responsive e-learning, branching, variables, triggers, animations

Multimedia integration, accessibility standards

MS Office; Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

Ability to simplify scientific content.

Strong attention to detail and project management.
