Job Title: Quality Executive
To support the implementation, monitoring, documentation, and continual improvement of the hospital Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with NABH 6th Edition Standards, patient safety goals, and statutory requirements.
Qualification: MHA / MBA Hospital management
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Job Description:
- Conduct Periodical assessment as per the quality assurance checklists & standards.
- Take daily hospital rounds and monitor the functioning of various clinical and non-clinical departments
- Mapping and ensure the quality indicators of various departments.
- Prepare SOPs as per departmental requirements.
- To maintain hardcopy & softcopy of medical records as per defined schedule.
- Responsible for coordinating committee meeting as per schedule.
