We have an urgent opening for Placement Manager for India's leading & largest B- School and University group.

Role Overview

The Placement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end student placements, building strong corporate relationships, and ensuring quality job opportunities for Post Graduate Management students.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage campus placements and ensure quality job opportunities for students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates and recruiters
- Identify new companies and invite them for campus placement drives
- Organize and coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives
- Manage internship and final placement processes
- Maintain corporate database and placement records
- Coordinate with faculty and staff for smooth placement execution




- Collect feedback from companies and improve placement outcomes

Key Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations preferred
- Ability to travel for corporate meetings
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and well-organized

Compensation

- Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
- TA, Mobile Reimbursement + Incentives
