Job Description: Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the daily operations of TIDA Sports centres and ensuring smooth coordination between coaches, parents, centre heads, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day academy operations.
- Coordinate with coaches, parents, HR, sales team, and management.
- Track student and coach attendance.
- Monitor coaching sessions and maintain discipline.
- Handle parent queries and feedback.
- Support class scheduling, demos, trials, camps, and events.




- Ensure proper maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
- Maintain daily reports and operational records.
- Assist in smooth execution of academy programs.

Skills Required

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of sports operations.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to manage teams and daily tasks.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in operations, administration, or sports management will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good management skills may also apply.
