Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools to support effective test execution.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions.
- Ability to analyze and improve quality processes to enhance testing accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to integrate automated tests.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation and quality assurance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
