Commis I – South Indian À la Carte (3 Vacancies)
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Description:
Prepare and cook South Indian à la carte dishes according to standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Assist in mise en place and kitchen preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
Monitor food quality and minimize wastage.
Follow food safety and company SOPs.
Support senior chefs during busy service hours.
Requirements:
Experience as a Commis I in a South Indian à la carte kitchen.
Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Solid teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
