Job Summary: Responsible for managing all software applications within the business and to improve overall business operations by coming up with new applications that are relevant for future of the business.

§ Conducts market research, keeps abreast of the latest software / applications, and assesses cost and impact to make the business more efficient and successful.
§ Reviews and analyze existing applications programs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of those applications; reviews requests for upgrades required to meet current and future business needs across departments
§ Ensures maximizing the productivity of the company through appropriate use of applications.
People
§ Coordinates with the UHs, HODs, functions and employees across all levels regularly to understand frequent problems, new requirements etc. to incorporate in resolution plan
§ Empower the line managers, supervisors etc. through the Train the Trainer approach and ensures their respective teams are enabled to use the applications optimally
§ Develops service level agreements with the end users and show ownership of problems through final resolution, in coordination with the Unit IT support team
§ For any new software that is introduced to the organization, create, develop and oversee protocols, procedures, manuals and publish guidelines for its efficient usage
Customer
§ Maintains relationships with service providers, vendors and work in coordination with them to ensure best support to the business
§ Assists internal and external audits with data and statistics as required
Operations
§ Analyze the structure and flow of the business’ work to identify possible application solutions.
§ Provides technical support and problem resolution related to business application software systems across the units/ organization
§ Ensures zero escalations and user satisfaction
§ Visits the units personally at regular intervals and assess current situations and identify support needs
§ Provides access to applications, create new users, codes related to stock, transfers GRN etc.
§ Prepares monthly reports for the IT head with relevant statistics
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
