About the Role

Win in Life Academy (WILA) is looking for an experienced, target-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to join our Admissions & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills and a proven track record in education sales—specifically in selling foreign language courses (German, French, Spanish, etc.) or test preparation programs (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE).

Key Responsibilities

- Student Counselling: Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries, conduct consultative counselling sessions, and guide prospective learners on foreign language pathways and test preparation options.
- Lead Conversion: Convert prospective candidate leads into active course enrollments to meet monthly revenue and admission targets.
- Program Advisory: Understand learners' career or study-abroad goals and recommend appropriate course levels (A1–C2 proficiency) and learning pathways.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain precise interaction logs, track candidate pipelines,



and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, LeadSquared, Salesforce).
- Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with academic and operations teams for seamless student onboarding.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–7 years in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, EdTech, or Language Institute sales.
- Industry Focus: Demonstrated experience in selling any foreign language programs (German, French, Spanish, etc.) or test preparation courses (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE).
- Core Skills: Strong consultative selling, active listening, negotiation, objection handling, and candidate nurturing skills.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
