Shruti Silks, a growing boutique specialising in silk sarees and custom stitching, is looking for a creative and self-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our social media and online presence. You’ll be the face behind our content — shooting Reels, growing our Instagram and YouTube, and turning followers into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and edit Reels and short videos for Instagram and YouTube
- Manage daily posting, captions, hashtags, and the content calendar
- Photograph sarees and boutique products for posts and catalogue
- Respond to comments, DMs, and customer enquiries to drive sales
- Run and track basic Instagram/Facebook ad campaigns
- Track follower growth, reach, and engagement, and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Instagram,



YouTube, and Facebook content trends
- Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar) and photo editing
- Positive visual sense and creativity
- Tamil fluency (spoken); basic English
- Comfortable being on camera or directing content is a plus

Preferred:

- Interest in fashion, textiles, or sarees
- Experience with Canva, ManyChat, or running paid ads
