Job Title: Assistant Manager – Electrical

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring electrical works for construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, lighting, cable laying, and earthing.
- Ensure electrical work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability and verify material quality.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Verify contractor measurements, work completion, and bills before certification.




- Monitor project costs and support budget control and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Coordinate with utility authorities and other stakeholders for approvals, inspections, and energization.
- Ensure proper documentation, including inspection reports, test certificates, as-built drawings, and project records.
- Support project handover, snag rectification, and final documentation.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, power distribution, transformers, panels, cable laying, and electrical testing.
- Familiarity with electrical standards, safety regulations, and relevant codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and BOQs.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in electrical project execution, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
