Key Responsibilities :

*Overall branch administration and smooth day-to-day operations.

*Monitor and control branch stock accuracy.

*Ensure proper management of stock shortages and excess inventory.

*Maintain stock reconciliation and inventory records.

*Supervise cash handling, banking, and financial discipline.

*Ensure branch assets, warehouse, and infrastructure are well maintained.

*Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely product availability.

*Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for smooth stock replenishment.

*Monitor inward and outward stock movements.

*Support sales operations through effective inventory planning.

*Resolve operational issues to ensure uninterrupted business.

Accounts & Financial Responsibilities :

*Monitor daily cash collections and cash balance.

*Ensure timely bank deposits and reconciliation.

*Verify cash, cheque, and digital payment transactions.

*Monitor branch petty cash and expense utilization.

*Ensure accurate accounting of branch transactions.

*Verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and purchase documents.





*Monitor customer outstanding balances and support collection follow-up.

*Maintain proper documentation and statutory records.

Experience & Skills :

*Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG branch operations.

*Hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and branch administration.

*Strong leadership and team management skills.

*Valuable knowledge of stock management, inventory reconciliation, and branch operations.

*Experience in handling cash management and branch records.

*Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounts teams.

*Strong problem-solving, communication, and operational management skills.

*Proficient in Tally, Microsoft Excel

Compensation & Benefits:

*Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

*Company-Provided Accommodation

*Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy

*Working Days: Monday – Saturday
