Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer with strong AI/ML Engineering experience (5+ Years). The ideal candidate should have an AI-first mindset, solid ownership, and a go- to attitude to design and deliver production-grade intelligent backend systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and build scalable backend services using Python Develop and maintain REST APIs for AI/ML-powered applications
- Fine-tune and adapt existing ML/LLM models for domain-specific use cases
- Implement transfer learning pipelines for production workloads Integrate LLMs and ML models into backend systems
- Build model inference and serving infrastructure Develop data pipelines for training and fine-tuning Optimize inference performance and latency Architect reusable AI backend components
- Take ownership from design → deployment
Required Skills :
- Strong Python backend development experience Experience building REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask / AsyncIO) Hands-on AI Engineering / ML integration experience Experience with model fine-tuning and transfer learning
- Experience working with pretrained models (LLMs, NLP, CV, or embeddings)
- Knowledge of ML lifecycle and model serving Experience with PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases
- Understanding of async architecture and background workers Strong debugging and system design skills
