We are a deep-tech OEM specialising in the design and manufacturing of unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) and allied technologies for defence, paramilitary, and commercial applications. Our platforms are deployed across critical use cases including logistics, surveillance, disaster response, and tactical operations, with a strong focus on indigenous innovation, reliability, and mission-critical performance.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Business Development Intern to support defence and government-focused BD efforts, including opportunity identification, internal coordination, and process management. This role operates in a high-precision, compliance-driven environment, requiring structured thinking, ownership, and consistency in execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct tender scouting and opportunity mapping across defence, paramilitary, and government procurement platforms (e.g., GeM, CPPP, etc.)
- Capture and structure Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) with explicit insights, decisions, and actionable next steps
- Maintain and organize BD documentation repositories, including RFPs, compliance documents, and technical submissions




- Support pipeline tracking and reporting, ensuring timely follow-ups on leads, tenders, and ongoing engagements
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of bid documents, compliance matrices, and supporting materials
- Contribute to improving process efficiency and workflow standardization within the BD function

Eligibility Criteria

- Final-year students pursuing BBA / B.Com, or
- MBA students (mid-term / summer internship stage)

Requirements

- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in formal/professional settings
- Working proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets preferred)
- Ability to handle structured, process-driven tasks with consistency and ownership

Preferred Profile

- Interest in defence, aerospace, public procurement, or government policy
- Ability to understand and work with technical and compliance-heavy documents
- Proactive mindset with a strong bias for execution and learning

Interns demonstrating high ownership, internal drive, and consistent performance may be considered for full-time opportunities, at the discretion of the hiring manager.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
