Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager for sales to drive business growth in Bangalore. The primary responsibility will be to generate new business through neighborhood outreach, meeting doctors, and corporate tie-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct neighbourhood marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Meet with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to promote our home healthcare services and build solid referral networks.
- Develop and manage corporate tie-ups with companies to offer home healthcare services to employees.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into patients for home physiotherapy and nursing services.
- Maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the management team.
- Participate in community events, health camps,



and awareness programs to promote Carebees Healthcare.
- Collect market insights and provide feedback to improve service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, healthcare marketing, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Bangalore's healthcare ecosystem is a plus.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
