We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys taking ownership of products from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct user research, discovery workshops, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product requirements.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Use product analytics and customer feedback to drive product improvements and optimise user experience.
- Collaborate with designers using tools such as Figma and Miro to validate concepts and prototypes.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.




- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience in a high-growth startup.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
- Strong business analysis and product discovery skills.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Robust written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
