Job Title: Senior UI/UX & Web Designer

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX & Web Designer with 5–6 years of experience in designing user-friendly digital interfaces, along with hands-on knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress. The candidate will handle end-to-end design—from wireframes and prototypes to front-end implementation and WordPress management—while also supporting marketing creatives, branding, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Web Design

- Design intuitive UI layouts for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and interaction models
- Improve usability and user experience of existing websites
- Ensure responsive UI design across all devices
- Implement front-end design using HTML, CSS, and basic WordPress customization
- Manage and update WordPress websites (themes, layouts, content blocks)

Graphic & Marketing Design

- Design social media creatives, brochures, banners, presentations, and exhibition materials
- Produce product UI mockups and feature visuals
- Design website graphics, landing page assets, and infographics
- Develop visual storytelling assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials
- Support campaign creatives and digital marketing initiatives

Required Skills





- Strong UI/UX fundamentals and visual hierarchy understanding
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
- Ability to convert concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and functional front-end code
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS (Flexbox, Grid, basic animations)
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (page builders like Elementor/WPBakery, theme customization, basic troubleshooting)
- Solid typography and layout skills
- Understanding of branding consistency
- Ability to manage multiple design priorities
- Attention to detail and usability

Tools Required

- Figma (Mandatory)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- VS Code or any HTML/CSS editor
- WordPress (basic admin + theme customization)

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or Computer Applications
- Certification in UI/UX design (preferred)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,800.00 per month
