Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Update customer information in CRM or database systems.
- Follow company guidelines and sales processes.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Valuable listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
