We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. The intern will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution of operational processes, data management, reporting, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operational activities and workflows.
- Maintain and update operational records, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for task tracking and follow-ups.
- Monitor process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Support vendor, client, and stakeholder coordination when required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
- Assist in handling administrative and operational tasks.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
