Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: India Chennai, Full Time

Veltech Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, particularly Procurement, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Portal, and Inventory.

Responsibilities

Support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Portal, and Inventory

Provide functional support for procurement processes including PR creation, approvals, PO creation, approvals, receiving, supplier communication, and lifecycle tracking

Support Supplier Portal activities including supplier registration, profile management, user access, and transaction support Support Inventory processes including item management, inventory transactions, stock adjustments, receipts, transfers, and issue resolution

Analyze and resolve functional issues raised by business users Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support enhancements Support UAT, SIT, production releases, and quarterly patch validation

Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, data extracts, and workflows Prepare functional documents, issue logs, process flows, test scripts,



and training materials Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Portal, and Inventory Good understanding of the procurement lifecycle from requisition to receiving and supplier coordination Experience with PR/PO approval workflows, procurement configuration, and supplier setup Hands-on knowledge of Supplier Portal and supplier onboarding processes Working knowledge of inventory transactions, item setup, receiving, stock movement, and inventory controls Knowledge of OTBI/BI Publisher reports is an advantage Robust communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in an offshore support environment

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion SCM Certification Experience supporting UAE/GCC clientsITIL Certification or experience with IT service management processesExperience working with offshore teams across multiple time zones
