Role Overview

The Academic Quality Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating academic quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institutional requirements. The role involves close collaboration with academic teams and key stakeholders to support course development, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate course development, reviews, and accreditation processes
- Ensure compliance with Higher Education Standards and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders for quality alignment
- Monitor and review policies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct audits of learning resources within the LMS




- Maintain accurate quality assurance data and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

- Nursing Background education is mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as Nurse
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and quality assurance processes
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management

- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder coordination and teamwork
