A reputed Cardiac Care Hospital in Vadodara is seeking an experienced and dynamic IPD Head to lead and manage the hospital's In-Patient Department (IPD). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hospital operations, patient care coordination, and team management while ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the In-Patient Department (IPD).
- Ensure smooth admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, nursing teams, and other hospital departments.
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and guide IPD staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality protocols.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare departmental reports and monitor key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate documentation and departmental records.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance patient care and operational excellence.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IPD Head in a hospital.
- Experience in a multi-speciality hospital will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
