- Provide research and clerical support to determine whether insureds/customers qualify for insurance policies.
- Work with the insurance underwriting department by working on commercial and residential properties quotes using rating mechanism.
- Staff will assist with the completion of rates and premiums.
- Perform administrative duties regarding recent and renewal accounts, risk assessments, loss runs, and loss ratings.
- Gather, review, and ensure the accuracy of information to determine proper processing for all segments of business.
- Basic knowledge of company insurance products; support underwriting and distribution activities.
- 1-2 years of insurance BPO/BPM experience preferred.
